Tindall Fields II is the third phase of the redevelopment of the Tindall Heights public housing development. It consists of multifamily two- and three-bedroom units. The development is similar in style and appearance to Tattnall Place, located just a few blocks away on Oglethorpe Street, with a variety of duplexes, townhomes and walk-ups. Construction was completed in November 2020. This property was financed with 9% LIHTC, an MHA loan, and a HOME loan. The property has property-based vouchers through the PHA, and 50% and 60% AMI LIHTC units.
