Tindall Fields I is a 64-unit apartment development for families. It is the second phase of the redevelopment that took place at the site of Tindall Heights, Macon’s former oldest public housing development that was demolished. Construction of Tindall Fields I was completed in January 2019. This property was financed with 9% LIHTC and funding from the Macon Housing Authority. The property has property-based vouchers and 60% AMI LIHTC units.
