Peake Point is an upcoming 60-unit development for seniors, as a new construction 3-story building, located in Macon. It will host residents with 50% and 60% AMI, 25 units with PBRA. It will be completed in late 2024. Peake Point was financed through a DCA HOME loan and 9% LIHTC.
