Davis Village is a low-density development, with 95 buildings dispersed over almost forty acres with eight single-family buildings, and one- and two-story duplex and row house buildings. This development also includes a large community center. Davis Village completed a substantial rehabilitation in 2024 after it converted from Public Housing to the Rental Demonstration It was financed through a bond allocation, 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Macon Housing Authority funds.
