Mounts Village consists of 36 one- and two-story single row house buildings which were constructed in 1964. It is located close to downtown Macon in the historic Pleasant Hill neighborhood, which is undergoing a larger restoration through a planning initiative. The development contains 86 units over approximately 10 acres which have 1 to 5 bedrooms each. Mounts Village went through substantial rehabilitation as a RAD conversion, with completion in December 2023. It was financed through a bond allocation, 4% LIHTC, and MHA reserves.
