Tindall Seniors Towers is a 76-unit, three-story midrise for seniors 62 years and older. It is the first phase of the redevelopment at the site of Tindall Heights, Macon’s oldest public housing development. Construction of Tindall Seniors Towers was completed in March 2018. This property was financed with 9% LIHTC and a conventional loan. The property has property-based vouchers through the PHA, on all 60% AMI LIHTC units.
