Northside Senior Village is a 72 unit, three story apartment complex for seniors 62 years and older. It is located in a highly visible area along Northside Drive in Macon, with numerous public amenities within walking distance and a bus stop across the street. This allows seniors to live, shop, play, and obtain healthcare in their own neighborhoods. Construction of Northside Sr Village was completed in October 2022. It was financed with 9% LIHTC, National Housing Trust Funds, a Freddie Loan with PNC, and Macon Water Authority funds (for off-site utilities to the property). There are 30%AMI and 60%AMI units, with Project-Based Rental Assistance on all.
