Peake Point is a newly completed 60-unit development for seniors aged 55+, as a 3-story building, located in Macon. It will host residents with 50% and 60% AMI, 25 units with PBRA. It was completed in late 2024. Peake Point was financed through a DCA HOME loan and 9% LIHTC.
