Hunt School Village is a former east Macon school that has been renovated into 60 apartments for seniors 62 and older. Construction finished in spring of 2017 and was fully occupied by April 2017. This property was financed with 9% LIHTC, a conventional loan, and a CDBG loan from Macon-Bibb County. The property has project-based vouchers through the PHA, on all 50% and 60% AMI LIHTC units.
