Kingston Gardens Apartments, a completely renovated 100-unit apartment development for low-income families located on Mumford Road in Macon, is a partnership between In-Fill Housing, Inc. and Magita Enterprises. Work was completed in 2007. The rehabilitation was financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Macon Housing Authority funds and HUD 221 (d)(4).
