Felton Homes, a 100-unit Public Housing development of the Macon Housing Authority, has been transformed from a 1950’s era community into a new “green” community. Work was completed in 2011. All units now have Section 8 rental assistance. This property was financed by a bond allocation, LIHTC, HUD CFRC Grant, and MHA capital funds.
