Baltic Park is a gated rental community for persons 55 and older, with an on-site manager and maintenance, a walking trail with park benches, gazebos, a community garden, shuffleboard, decorative fencing, picnic area, a community center with an exercise room, a computer center, an activity room and a laundry facility. 100% of the units are handicapped accessible and adaptable.
